RATES

Our rates are based on  fee-per-word.  A minimum charge of £30 does apply to all work translated.  We offer a 10% complimentary discount to all first time clients.

*Please note that our translation service price is inclusive of proofreading.  We provide proofreading as an individual service for revision of documents previously translated elsewhere.

These rates may vary according to the complexity and deadline of your project.

Methods of Payment:

• Bank Transfer into our UK bank account
• Cheque from UK bank
• Credit card through PayPal

Payment Terms:

• Cancellation Charge: portion of the fee for the complete job represented by the percentage of total services performed, but in any event not less than fifty per cent (50%) of said fee
• Invoices are issued on the day of project completion
• Standard payment terms - we require payment within 30 days of date of invoice
